It’s FREE! – Yes, it will cost you nothing to have an agent with you when you first walk into the model home until you close on your brand new home.  The builder pays the commission to the buying agents broker. If you choose not to have an agent represent you, the builder will keep the commission that would have been payed.  This becomes pure profits for the builder and a lost opportunity for you.

Use MT Real Estate and you will make money! – We will rebate half our commission to you at close.  You not only  get professional representation, you make some money too.  For example, if you buy a $250,000 home, you probably get a rebate of $3750. Who can’t use a little extra money when you’re moving into your new home?
